Supervisor TU Delft: Deepesh Toshniwal

start of the project: December 2021

The Master project has been finished in November 2022 by the completion of the Masters Thesis and a final presentation has been given.

For working address etc. we refer to our alumnipage.

Summary of the master project:
Finite element exterior calculus is a framework for designing stable and accurate finite element discretizations for a wide variety of systems of PDEs. The involved finite element spaces are constructed using discrete (piecewise polynomial) differential forms, and stability of the discrete problems is established by preserving at the discrete level the geometric, topological, algebraic and analytic structures that ensure well-posedness of the continuous problem. This MSc project will study certain spline discrete differential forms that have been proposed in the context of Isogeometric Analysis.
