has been given.
The Master project has been finished in August 2022

Masters Thesis
and a final
presentation
has been given.

Summary of the master project:
The project concerns designing lenses consisting of NURBS surfaces to
produce desired caustic patterns, for instance for streetlights. The lenses are simulated
using differentiable ray-tracing, to allow backpropagation of the caustic loss to a neural
network that provides the NURBS parameters.
