Group formation, setup preference

The project is done in groups of two students each. After the first lecture, we’ll share a link on Brightspace through which you can hand in your group details. The requested details include:

• Name, student number of both group members;

• Your five preferred setups, ordered by preference.

The division of the setups is announced on the Friday of week 1 or the beginning of week 2.

Division of time in the lab

As there will be three different groups that share one physical copy of the setup, some arrangements will need to be made regarding which group can use the setup at which times. In week 2, please exchange your contact details to negotiate a fair and even division of the available time. An example division can be found in the table below.

We advise you to not book whole days in the lab, as this may limit the time that you spend on actually analyzing problems rather than blindly trying new approaches.
